Position: Welder (1st and 2nd Shift)
Job
Description / Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently set-up, adjust, and operate various types of welding machines.
2. Perform a variety of welding operations to fabricate parts into high quality final products, conforming to design print specifications and tolerances.
3. Use typical welding fabrication tools such as cutting torches, grinders and clamps.
4. Inspect parts and welds for defects to ensure high quality.
5.
Help train and assist new welders and perform other duties as required.
Job
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in industrial MIG welding environment. (Experience with other welding processes or uncommon materials is a plus)
2. Perform high quality, aesthetic welds on complex precision assemblies while maintaining angles, clearances and tight tolerances, according to design specifications.
3. Strong proficiency at reading and interpreting Engineering/Construction drawings.
4. Strong shop math skills. Must be able to manipulate fractions, decimals and metric conversions. Ability to efficiently read tape measures, calipers and other common shop measuring instruments.
5. Physical ability to repeatedly manipulate 75 lb. parts, bend, squat, push, pull, grasp, reach and climb. Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time, wear a welding helmet and work in industrial environment.
6. Overtime will be required on occasion.
7. Self-motivated and willing to take initiative as required.
8. Must be able to work in a team environment in cooperation with other employees and management to meet the demands of our customers.
9. Must be able to comply with and meet company production rates per job.
10. Will be required to obtain ASME Welding Certification within 1 year.
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Position: Press Brake Operator ( 1st and 2nd shifts)
Job
Description / Responsibilities:
1. Set-up, adjust, and operate manual and/or CNC press brakes.
2. Make adjustments to computer and machine as required.
3. Use inspection equipment such as calipers, angles and height gauges to inspect parts to print specifications and ensure high quality.
4. Perform machine maintenance as required.
5. Help train and assist new operators.
6.
Perform other duties throughout the shop, as required.

3. Ability to calculate machine loading and determine tooling configurations to form various parts.

5. Physical ability to repeatedly manipulate heavy parts, bend, squat, push, pull, grasp, reach, climb, see and hear. Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time and work in industrial environment.
6. Positive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative as required.
